UPDATE: Robeson County officials say missing pregnant woman found safe

ROBESON COUNTY, NC (TERESAREPORTS) – The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office said a pregnant woman, who is expected to deliver her baby soon, was found safe on Wednesday.

“Brittany Oxendine has been located, and is safe,” said Robeson County Sheriff, Burnis Wilkins. “We appreaciate everyone who assisted with locating her.”

Brittany Lynn Oxendine was last seen at a home on Revels Road in Maxton on Mar. 4 at 1 p.m.

Oxendine drives a 2008 black Honda CRV with North Carolina license plates CET-7039. The car has a yellow military infidel on the front of it and the trunk handle is missing, officials said.

Oxendine was last seen wearing grey sweat pants and a grey coat. She is 5-feet-3 inches and weighs approximately 140 pounds. Oxendine has brown hair and hazel eyes.

The Sheriff’s Office said the investigation is ongoing.
